All submitted artwork will be reviewed and prepared for production. This may include vectorizing, resizing, or optimizing files for the selected decoration method (screen printing, embroidery, etc.). If adjustments are required, we will notify you before proceeding.

We will create a digital mock-up for your approval showing the design, placement, and sizing. In some cases, additional work may be required to prepare artwork for production. If so, we offer the following artwork services:

• Artwork Modification / Preparation – If existing artwork requires significant adjustments or recreation to meet production standards, a $75 artwork preparation fee may apply.

• Custom Artwork Creation – Original artwork designed from scratch based on your concept or vision. We take your idea and turn it into a finished design ready for production. Because this requires design expertise and dedicated time, it is billed separately from the product order. Pricing starts at $150, depending on complexity and revisions.

Production will begin only after the mock-up has been approved by the customer. Please carefully review all details including design, colors, sizing, spelling, and placement before approval.

Before production begins, we may offer a pre-production embroidery sample or a physical sample for print placement and sizing approval (fees may apply).

Our standard turnaround time is approximately 10 business days from the date of final approval.

If you need your order sooner, expedited production may be available:

• 5 business days (from mock-up approval) – additional 15%

• 3 business days (from mock-up approval) – additional 30%

Rush orders are subject to production availability.

Once your order is completed, the following options are available:

• Free Pick-Up – You will be notified when your order is ready for pickup at our warehouse in Kent, WA.

• Free Shipping – A tracking number will be provided once the order ships.

• Scheduled Local Delivery – Delivery within the Greater Seattle Area (within a 30-mile radius of Kent) is available for a $50 delivery fee. You will receive a message with the estimated delivery date and time.
